What an awesome event this was at The Troubador, The Valley. Huge turn out, big sound and a top night. My band was one of four on the night along with Texas Kate, Suffering County. My album is still getting good airplay, and has been in the top 200 mainstream charts for three months now.
I’m below Merle, but above Alan Jackson.

Thanks to Denise Torenbeek, I had a great time playing at The Songwriters Showcase, and really enjoyed sharing the stage with Christy Kilpatrick and Jaxonville.
This is the second year I have played here and I love it, great atmosphere with lots of keen, dedicated music fans, definitely a favourite of mine.

Woo Hoo! Two weeks ago I was rated #110 on the Joyce Ramgatie International Mainstream Top 200 Chart. This week I moved up 28 spots to #82. The start of international fame and fortune! Yeah well. I’m still happy though because Merle Haggard’s only four places above me!
