What an awesome event this was at The Troubador, The Valley. Huge turn out, big sound and a top night. My band was one of four on the night along with Texas Kate, Suffering County. Performed my new songs which went down well with a really appreciative crowd. Great Job Matty M 4ZZZ “Thunderstorms & Neon Signs” Radio Show.

Had a great interview with Jerry Mac on his show from the good old USA with some good feedback via his live radio chatroom. He spotlighted the This Fire album two weeks in a row.

While I was talking to Jerry, a lady from the French Riviera said that she had been listening and loved my stuff. Fantastic, now to convert the other 27,000,00 people in France!

Actually, Jacques Dufour, from Radio Lyon 1 has also played the album.

I wonder if they have a country music association in France? If you know, please post a comment.

This Fire in Survey for the top 100 songs on 4ZZZ. Really enjoyed the live to air performance and interview with Matty M on his fantastic Alt.Country show “Thunderstorms and Neon Songs in Jan 08.

Happy to get 3rd place in the TSA (SEQ) Awards (modern section) for my song “Touch The Sky”. My album is getting airplay on radio stations here in Australia, NZ and in Europe.

Had a great interview with Daryl Kirkup on his Urban Radio Show at Caboolture and the title track on my album “This Fire” will be included on the CMR Australian Showcase Daryl puts together.
